When you book with us, the cost of your travel service is protected subject to the provisions of the Travel Industry Act and regulations. The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) is an organization mandated by the Ontario Government to administer The Ontario Travel Industry Act and an industry financed Compensation Fund.

We are a member of the Association of Canadian Travel Agents (ACTA) and licensed under Ontario Government Ministry of Consumer & Corporate Relations, Travel Industry Act 1974. The Act is administered by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), a leader in developing improved consumer protection. JetSpeed Travel & Tours Inc contributes to the respective compensation funds.
